| Airport Transfer: from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to selected place of accommodation | In the event of delays, the Client is to inform the Company of such delays in advance by giving at least 8 hours notice. In the event a delay occurs and such delay was not notified to the Company, a fee of RM300 shall be levied on the Client. |
| Tours | |
| Personalized tours: Covers places of interests which is prepared by the Company. | Personal Interest Tours are also provided by the Company within the locality of the accommodation of the Client. |
| Other Services | |
| Assisting in opening of Bank Account | Company shall pick the Client up from place of accommodation and transport the Client to the nearest available bank to open such Bank accounts. The Company shall bear no responsibility in the event the Bank refuses to open the Client's Bank account. |
| Assisting in enrolment of school children to International Schools | The Company shall direct the Client to the nearest available international school. |
| Assisting in enrolment to Recreation and Golf Clubs | The Company shall provide the Client with a list of Golf Clubs within the locality of the Client’s accommodation and direct the Client to the Golf Club. |
| Registration at Embassy | Registration at Embassy The Company shall pick the Client up and transport the Client to his respective embassy only. |
| Assisting in application or conversion of Drivers license | The Company shall apply on behalf of the Client for such license. The company bears no responsibility if such application is rejected. |
| Assisting in car rental / purchase of car | The Company shall provide the Client with a list of vehicles available for rental. Such rental shall be at the sole cost of the Client. In the event the Client wishes to purchase a car, the Client shall inform the Company of such make of car which the Client is interested and the Company shall source for such car for the Client, at the Client’s sole cost. |
| Assisting in procurement of a live-in maid | The Company shall assist the Client to procure a live-in maid at the sole cost of the Client. |
| Welcome to Malaysia Orientation Notes | The Company shall provide the Client with a comprehensive booklet covering information which is useful for the Client during his stay in Malaysia. |
| Assisting in house search by our appointed property agents | The Client shall inform the Company of his requirements for renting of a house. All fees incurred are to be borne solely by the Client. |
| Assisting in advising on Tenancy Agreement matters | The Company shall explain to the Client the common terms and conditions for entering into a tenancy in Malaysia. However all costs and expenses incurred for the preparation of the Tenancy Agreement by the Company’s appointed solicitors shall be borne solely by the Client. |
| Consultation for furniture rentals and electrical appliances requirement | The Company shall assist the Client by introducing furniture rental companies. All costs incurred shall be borne solely by the Client. |
| Application for Internet Broadband | The Company shall provide basic installation only with 1 point of access. |
| Application for fixed line telephone | The Company shall provide basic installation only with no extensions or additional wiring. Additional wiring shall be charged directly to the Client. |
| Application for Satellite Television service | The Company shall provide basic installation only with 1 satellite decoder provided with no additional wiring. In the event the Client requires additional wiring or additional decoders, such costs shall be borne solely by the Client. |
